New York Bike Lawyer Daniel Flanzig is ready to teach you the laws you need to know when you ride the NYC streets. Each class will tackle a different topic: your rights if you’re involved in a crash, understanding e-bike and e-scooter laws, how to get reimbursed for damage to your bike after a crash, understanding New York’s no-fault laws, the rights of bike messengers and delivery workers, and other relevant topics for cyclists in New York.
