What day(s) of the week do you want your group to attend each week?*

Groups of more than 15 should choose more than one weekday. When you choose a weekday, you commit to that day each week for the duration of the program season. The SAME youth should attend their assigned day each week.
What time will your group arrive at our location?*

Our sessions last two hours.
What is your preferred start date?*

We need a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice to start. Spring after school ends June 16; Fall after school ends November 1
How many youth do you expect to participate?

Note: maximum of 15 youth plus staff; if you have more than 15, please choose an additional weekday
